This page explains how SelfyStudio enforces generation rules: what is prohibited, how a request is checked before the model runs, and how reports are handled.

1. What the Service is

SelfyStudio is an AI photo studio for adults (18+). A user uploads their own selfies and receives stylized portraits from a catalogue published by the Service. It is not a biometric identification system and not a free-form text-to-image generator: users cannot send an arbitrary prompt to the model. Before generation, the Service inserts the template of the selected catalogue style.

2. Pre-moderation — before generation and before payment is charged

Until pre-moderation is passed, the request is not sent to the model and tokens are not deducted.

  • The style catalogue is written and published by the Service, not by users. Users cannot request arbitrary scenes.

  • Automated check of the generation request (including the style template) for pornography and erotica, minors, self-harm, and extremism, in English and Russian. If the check cannot run, generation does not start. If the request breaks the rules, generation does not start and payment is not charged.

  • Uploaded selfies are checked by file type before storage. Non-image files are rejected.

  • Use of the Service requires acceptance of the privacy policy, the offer, selfie-processing consent, AI-generation consent, and age 18+. Consents are stored with version and date.

  • Users may upload their own photos or photos of an adult with that person’s consent. Source selfies are never published and never used in ads.

3. Checks during generation

  • The generation model also applies its own safety filters, including sexual content, prohibited topics, and child safety.

  • If the model rejects a request, it is not retried with different wording. No image is delivered to the user.

  • If the Acceptable Use Policy or Section 7 of the offer is breached, the Service may refuse generation, hide or delete material, and block the account without a refund.

4. After generation: reports and public display

  • A signed-in user can report a generation for pornography and erotica, minors, self-harm, extremism, or another reason. A moderator reviews the report.

  • The same channel for third parties and rightsholders: Telegram @SelfyStudio_support and email service@selfystudio.art, subject “Abuse report”. DMCA notices are accepted.

  • A confirmed violation is hidden or deleted. Repeat violations may lead to account block without a refund.

  • Public feeds and SEO pages only show completed generations that meet visibility rules. A user may request hide. Source selfies never appear on the site.

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to selfystudio.art, the Telegram bot, the user cabinet, and related SelfyStudio interfaces. It is an integral part of the Public Offer (selfystudio.art/offer). If there is a conflict, the stricter restriction applies.

1. Who may use the Service

The Service is for persons 18+ only. By accepting the terms you represent that you are at least 18. Accounts of minors are blocked and materials deleted.

2. Allowed

  • upload your own photos (selfies) to generate images of yourself;

  • upload another adult’s photo only with their consent to processing and to creation, display, and use of results under the offer;

  • use the Service’s style catalogue and parameters as intended.

3. Prohibited

  • pornography, erotica, and sexually explicit content (NSFW) in uploads or outputs;

  • any images of minors or anyone who appears under 18, including stylization, and any sexualization of such images (CSAM and related categories are strictly prohibited);

  • intimate imagery without the depicted person’s consent (NCII, deepfake pornography);

  • impersonation, defamation, fraud, or deceptive deepfakes (including of public figures);

  • hate, violence, terrorism, exploitation of persons, or other unlawful content;

  • third-party photos or works without rights and consent;

  • presenting generations as genuine photographs of real events or people when they are not;

  • circumventing safety filters, moderation, or technical restrictions.

4. How we enforce this (measures already in place)

  • the Service publishes the style catalogue; users cannot send free-form text to the model;

  • pre-moderation of each request: automated checks for pornography and erotica, minors, self-harm, and extremism (English and Russian) before generation starts and before payment is charged; if the check cannot run, generation does not start;

  • a request that breaks the rules is not generated;

  • model-provider safety filters: a blocked job is not retried and the image is not delivered;

  • file-type checks before selfie storage;

  • stored consents including age 18+, selfie processing, and AI generation;

  • in-product reports plus email/Telegram; moderator review; hide, delete, and account block without refund for breach.

5. How to report abuse

Telegram: @SelfyStudio_support. Email: service@selfystudio.art, subject “Abuse report”. Include a link to the material and a description. We review reports within a reasonable time; confirmed violations are hidden or deleted.
